Do you ship within the United States?
Yes! We are based in the U.S and ship throughout the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location and the delivery carrier you choose at checkout.
Please note: handmade and made-to-order items may take a little longer, and processing times will be noted in the product listing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Do you offer free shipping?

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, International shipping usually takes 10–20 business days, but please allow up to 30 days for potential customs delays beyond our control.

Does the shipping fee include import duties or taxes?
Shipping fee does not include local import duties or taxes. You may be contacted by the carrier for payment of these fees upon arrival.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once it passes through customs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is not available for orders outside of the U.S.

Are your jewelry pieces handmade?
Yes! Our pieces are handmade with intention and care, inspired by nature, affirmations, culture, and healing energy.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials, including natural gemstones, seed beads, precious and semi-precious metals, resin, and leather, depending on the design.
Are gemstone bracelets one size fits all?
No. Specific sizing details are listed in each product description, with measuring instructions.
My bracelet feels snug. Is that normal?
Yes! Our stretch bracelets may feel snug at first due to durable double-stringing, but they often soften slightly with wear. We recommend rolling bracelets on rather than pulling or overstretching them.
What is the difference between 14K and 18K gold?
14K gold is 58.3% pure gold and is more durable, making it better for everyday wear. 18K gold is 75% pure, resulting in a richer color, but it is softer.
What does 925 mean?
It signifies Sterling Silver, which is 92.5% pure silver.
What is the difference between gold plating, gold fill, and solid gold?
Solid Gold: Made entirely of gold (e.g., 10k, 14k, 18k). It is the most durable, expensive, and high-quality, retaining its value over time. It will not tarnish or wear away.
Gold Fill: Contains a thick layer of gold (at least 5% by weight) mechanically bonded to a base metal. It is more durable than plating and offers a high-quality look for a lower price than solid gold. Gold fill is a quality option that won't break the bank, but still offers a decent lifetime for the piece.
Gold Plating: A thin layer of gold (often less than 0.05% gold content) is electrically plated onto a base metal. It is the most affordable but also the least durable, easily scratching or wearing off over time, often within a year.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many items are handmade and made with care, all sales are generally final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll assist you promptly.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces beautiful:
- Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals
- Remove before showering or swimming
- Store in a dry place
- Handle stretch bracelets gently by rolling them on and off

Safe cleaning Methods for Bracelets
- Selenite or Quartz: Place your bracelet on a Selenite charging plate or near a Clear Quartz cluster for several hours to neutralize negative energy.
- Smoke Cleansing (Smudging): Pass the bracelet through the smoke of burning sage, palo santo, or incense for a few minutes.
- Moonlight: Leave the bracelet on a windowsill or outside during a Full Moon to cleanse and recharge it.
- Sound Healing: Use the vibrations from a singing bowl or tuning fork to cleanse the stones.
- Visualisation/Intent: Hold the bracelet in your hands, meditate, and imagine a bright white light surrounding and clearing the stones.
Precautions for Crystal Jewelry- Avoid Water: Many stones (e.g., Selenite, Malachite, Angelite) are porous or soft and can be damaged by water. Water can also break down the elastic string or cause metal parts to rust.
- Avoid Salt: Do not use salt directly on jewelry, as it can dull the stones and corrode metal components.
- Sunlight Warning: Avoid prolonged direct sunlight for stones like Amethyst and Rose Quartz, as they can fade.
- When to Cleanse: Cleanse your bracelets upon receiving them, after a long day, or when they feel dull or heavy to you.

Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Our pieces make beautiful gifts, and some orders may include gift-ready packaging.
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
No, we do not offer custom or personalized orders at this time.
However, bracelet purchases that allow you to choose a size are considered custom orders and are made to order
