Please measure your wrist before selecting your bracelet size.

1. Using a flexible measuring tape, measure your wrist below the wrist bone. The place where your bracelet would normally be worn.
2. Write down your measurement.
3. For stretch bracelets Add 1 inch for a comfortable fit, or add 1.5 inch to the measurement you just wrote down for a looser fit bracelet. 
4. You can also measure your wrist with a piece of string or strip of paper.
5. Wrap a string around your wrist.
6. Mark a point on the string where it overlaps on your wrist.
7. Hold the string against a ruler to find the measurement.
